Delivery Details

Delivery prices are calculated when you enter your address on the checkout page. Click on the Calculate Shipping link in the basket and enter your postcode to see the shipping cost before you checkout.

Free Delivery on Small Item Orders Over £50 (UK mainland)

Most products have free next working day delivery for orders over £50 to England, Wales and Southern Scotland. We pass on the courier surcharge for deliveries to Northern Scotland, the Scottish Islands, North Ireland, Isle of Wight  

Orders weighing between 2kg and 30kg are sent via DPD on a next working day (Monday to Friday) service. They must be received by 1pm to guarantee dispatch that day.

Orders weighing less than 2kg are sent First Class by Royal Mail.

Stable mats, Animal shelters and Pallet delivery’s  

Stable mats and pallet delivery’s to all areas are charged at a pallet rate. For stable mat orders over 50 mats, please contact us for a direct delivery quote.

Pallets are delivered by a pallet service, usually within 2 days of receiving the order. We will call you to let you know when to expect your order and the driver will be informed to call you an hour before delivery (not guaranteed). For specific timed deliveries please contact us directly before purchasing. We pass on the pallet-line surcharge for deliveries to Northern Scotland, the Scottish Islands, North Ireland, Isle of Wight 

Deliveries are between 9 and 5 Monday to Friday and must be to a recognised postcode (no field delivery’s). Delivery vehicles can be up to 18 tonne lorries (the size of a bin lorry or bus). If access requires delivery by a smaller 7.5 tonne vehicle please let us know when you order.

Courier Guarantee

No couriers will guarantee any delivery times at the moment due to high volumes and a shortage of drivers.
