Corrosive environments—such as high-density livestock sheds, salt storage facilities, and composting plants—destroy conventional door hardware. To ensure long-term durability in high-moisture and high-ammonia settings, all essential structural components of the Mammothdoor are constructed from premium stainless steel.

When raised, the curtain folds back neatly and compactly across its entire width. Installation requires a minimum overhead space of 1 metre at the top header of the opening.

Every Mammothdoor curtain is custom-welded to order in our factory, allowing you to tailor the light transmission, weatherproofing, and ventilation of your building:

• 100% Impermeable Tarpaulin: Totally seals out rain, wind, dust, and dirt to keep internal stores dry and sheltered.

• Breathable Micro-Mesh Combination: Combine a solid, scuff-resistant tarpaulin lower section with a breathable upper mesh panel to allow natural daylight and ventilation into high-ceiling buildings.

• Agricultural Color Roster: Choose from multiple agricultural colors per windbreak factor to match your site’s cladding.

Comprehensive Safety Systems

Given the scale of the Mammothdoor, advanced multi-layer safety mechanisms are integrated to protect operators, machinery, and livestock:

• Auto-Reverse Bottom Pressure Edge: Mandatory for automated or remotely operated doors. If the descending bottom edge encounters any physical obstacle, it instantly halts and reverses fully to the top position. Downward motion can only be re-initiated via a manual button press.

• Automated Fall Protection System: Raised via high-tensile cables, the door features an integrated inertia fall-arrest mechanism. In the unlikely event of cable failure, the mechanism locks immediately—functioning like a vehicle seatbelt to prevent the door from dropping. (Mandatory for entrance openings).
