Corrosive slurry fumes, constant moisture, and chemical washdowns can quickly destroy low-grade door hardware. To deliver a long lifespan in these harsh conditions, every essential component of the Bisondoor is either hot-dip galvanized or extruded from aluminum, and assembled exclusively using stainless steel fasteners.

The door requires a minimum overhead clearance of 45 cm at the top of the opening for the roll assembly, mounting directly onto your existing structural stanchions.

Advanced Safety Systems

When equipping the Bisondoor with automated motor drives or remote controls, operator safety is paramount:

• Auto-Reverse Safety Bottom Edge: Mandatory for automated or remotely operated doors. If the descending door senses any obstruction at the bottom edge, it automatically stops and reverses fully to the top position.

• Controlled Descent: The motor only resumes downward travel upon a manual button press, protecting livestock, workers, and machinery from impact injuries.
